I'm an Assistant Professor of Psychology at DePaul University and am currently serving as Program Director for DePaul's undergraduate and graduate programs in I-O. I received my M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University, and my B.A. in Psychology from Macalester College.
My research centers on worker well-being in the face of adversity (aging, marginalization, trauma). I strive to promote integration and inclusion through my research, as well as attention to the intersections between diversity, equity, health, and work in a variety of veins.
